The hotel's position was good, next to Westchase and Close to many restaurants and downtown. Easily reached Afghan Village, located not very far from the venue, had lunch/dinner there. The king room was reasonably large, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was perfectly clean, it was nice to have a bath: )

We chose this budget hotel near downtown for its somewhat affordable rates and its proximity to the reliant center. However, upon arrival, we quickly realized that it was located in a not safe neighborhood. The room was basic and worn, with low water pressure, a moldy shower curtain, and no large towels or shampoo provided. The outdated TV had few working channels, and the WiFi was painfully slow. On the positive side, the bed was big and comfortable, and the A/C unit functioned well. The security officer was also very attentive.
The customer service at this hotel was inexcusable, with unfriendly and apathetic staff.

It made me feel safe and secure during my time here.
All was perfect.

Despite being located in a not-so-safe neighborhood, the hotel provided enhanced security measures, ensuring the safety of our vehicles. The staff was friendly and prompt in addressing our concerns, even moving us to a different room when we reported bedbugs. The room amenities, such as the am/fm alarm clock and carpeted floors, added to the comfort of our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi in public areas, allowing us to stay connected during our leisure time.
We highly recommend this hotel to others.
